1. Services Provided
loopyloosy offers DJ services for private events, weddings, parties, and corporate functions across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. The specific details of your booking, including date, time, venue, and agreed fee, will be confirmed in writing prior to the event.

2. Client Responsibilities

 - The client must provide accurate event details and ensure the venue is suitable for DJ equipment and performance.

- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for music and sound at the venue.

- If the event is outdoors, appropriate cover and power supply must be provided.

3. Music and Requests

- loopyloosy welcomes music requests in advance or during the event, but cannot guarantee all requests will be played.

- the dj reserves the right to refuse to play music that is inappropriate or illegal.

4. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

- A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the event.

 - Cancellations by the client within 14 days of the event may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

- If the DJ must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded, and reasonable efforts will be made to find a replacement.

5. Liability and Equipment

- loopyloosy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by negligence.

- All equipment used is regularly tested and maintained, but the DJ is not liable for technical failures beyond reasonable control.

6. Streaming and Copyright Compliance

 - DJ Loopy Loosy complies with all relevant copyright and streaming laws. Music is sourced legally and not streamed from consumer services in a commercial setting, in accordance with the Protecting Lawful Streaming Act of 2020.

7. Amendments

- These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
